I am Bryan Coppersmith. I am an architectural designer and licenced building Practitioner (LBP). I have had a long association with building and graphic design and started my draughting life designing and building an adobe brick house for myself in Hikuai. I now use Archicad CAD software to complete concept designs in 3D which then easily convert to finished plans, sections and details for building consent.

Navigating the regulatory environment and dealing with building consent authorities (BCA) has become a lot more difficult over the last decade. I aim to make the process as easy as possible for my clients producing quality plans and  specifications. I complete 3D models of a project to make the design concept transparent to my clients and communicate with the BCA to complete the building consent process.
